Governance & Policy / Accelerated Execution Profile
§4What this is for: Phase 4 Activity 4.7 — a pre-drafted contingency package (trigger conditions, compressed sequence, pre-approved risk acceptances, emergency resource request, activation authority) activated if the quantum timeline accelerates.
What a good answer looks like: The specific things you would drop to go faster, listed before you need them. Deciding under pressure is how scope gets cut badly.
Worked example: Tick a trigger such as a board directive to accelerate, write the compressed sequence, pre-approve a risk acceptance (for example a temporary performance regression on internal APIs), size the surge request and name who can activate it.
Runtime and privacy: This planning tool runs in your browser. Use synthetic or approved organizational data and review the site privacy terms before entering sensitive material.
For your role
- Executive / Business Leader
- Tick the trigger conditions, write the compressed wave order, size the emergency resource request and name who can activate it: a contingency package ready before the quantum timeline moves.
- GRC / Risk & Compliance
- Pre-approve the risk acceptances (for example a temporary performance regression during rollout) and record the activation authority: the export is the documented contingency the risk committee signs before it is needed.
Accelerated Execution Profile
Phase 4 — Activity 4.7. A pre-drafted contingency package activated if the quantum timeline accelerates: triggers, a compressed sequence, pre-approved risk acceptances, an emergency resource ask, and the activation authority.
These 5 elements mirror the framework's own Activity 4.7 pre-approved package — each one removes a decision that would otherwise wait on a committee cycle when the timeline compresses.
Activity 4.7 names three trigger conditions — a credible reassessment of CRQC timelines, regulatory deadline compression, and a cryptanalytic event against a deployed algorithm. “Active HNDL campaign detected” and “Vendor critical-path slip” are this tool's additions, not the framework's.

Accelerated Execution Profile — Export
Save this pre-drafted contingency package to your Command Center, or export as markdown / PDF / Word. This is the Phase-4 Activity 4.7 artifact — exercise it annually as a tabletop so it can be activated without delay if the quantum timeline accelerates.
